Three-Year Plan - Supporting our community’s resilience to future events
Closed 15 May 2024
Our draft Three-Year Plan 2024-27 is about working with the community to recover and build flood resilience. It sets out our significant projects and rate proposals for the next three years.
This is an important opportunity for you – our community – to have your say on these significant issues.
Message from our Chair & Chief Executive
We all have seen the phenomenal effort by so many in our communities to work positively together with the same goal – to restore Hawke’s Bay to be safer, smarter and more resilient.
It’s been a tough few years. Covid’s disruption, closely followed by a disaster of the scale of Cyclone Gabrielle has had a significant impact across the region. Our proposed three-year plan is focused on recovery and resilience.
Getting the balance right between savings, and delivering services communities value is always difficult which means your feedback is critical.
